Privacy & Data Handling

What this website collects, and what we do with it

Next Patient Dental is a marketing agency. This page describes how this website handles the information you send us. It is a description of our current practices, not a compliance certification.

Scope of this site

This website is for practice business inquiries. Do not submit patient records, medical histories, passwords, or payment-card details. Any client campaign workflow involving patient information requires a separately agreed data-handling process.

What we collect

Growth audit form

Your name, practice name, email, and optionally phone, practice website, city or market, the treatment you want to grow, an ad budget range, and any notes you add.

Anti-spam data

A one-way hashed version of the network address the request came from and the browser user agent string, stored with the submission to limit automated spam.

Onboarding page

The onboarding page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us until you choose to copy, download, or email it yourself.

Website usage analytics

Our hosting platform measures website usage, such as page views and traffic sources, through native visitor analytics. The application code on this site does not include a Google Analytics tag or Meta Pixel.

How it is handled

Sent over HTTPS

The site and its form are served over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted between your browser and the server.

Stored server-side

Audit requests are written to a managed cloud database by our own server code. They cannot be read back from the public website.

Never sold

We do not sell, rent, or trade the details you send to advertisers, aggregators, or data brokers.

Used to reply

We use what you send to review your market and reply to your enquiry. That is the purpose it was collected for.

Who can see it

Submissions are visible to Ernie Manansala and anyone directly working on your account. Running campaigns also means working inside platforms such as Meta and Google Ads under your own accounts; those platforms handle campaign and conversion data under their own terms. We do not share your enquiry with unrelated third parties.

Retention, access, and deletion

We keep audit requests so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation. There is no fixed deletion schedule. Email Ernie@workwithema.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will action the request unless we are legally required to keep the information.

One email is enough — there is no form to fill in for an access or deletion request.
